What is your cancellation policy?

 

Cancel within 4 days of pick up/delivery date for full refund + 20% cancellation fee. We do offer the option to reschedule your order or credit towards a future order at no additional fee.

*Grazing Tables*: There is a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit on all Grazing Table bookings. 

Jersey Girl Cheese Boards must be notified no later than 10 days prior to the event date to receive refund of the remaining balance + 20% cancellation fee.

How far in advanced should I place an order?

We do require 48 hours notice on all orders. For Grazing Tables and Charcuterie Cones we do require at least 3 weeks notice. The earlier, the better!

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do offer delivery! Our online ordering system calculates a delivery fee based off the delivery address provided. Not seeing delivery as an available option for your area? Contact us to ask if we can add your area to our delivery zones!

Where are you located for pick up?

We are based out of Monmouth County. Our pick up locations change. We provide pick up information and location via email confirmation.

Allergy or restrictions?

You may note any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that your order is 100% allergy free.
